1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Verified Buy Guide Radar, a private internal application operated by Verified Buy Guide for keyword research and planning related to our own Google Ads Search campaigns. The application is not offered to the general public or to clients.
2. Information the application may process
Depending on the authorized functions used, the application may process:
- Google account authorization information required for OAuth authentication;
- Google Ads customer identifiers and accessible account references;
- Keyword queries, country, location and language selections submitted by the authorized user;
- Keyword ideas, historical search metrics, competition information and bid-range estimates returned by the Google Ads API;
- Technical logs needed for security, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
3. How information is used
Information is used only to:
- authenticate the authorized internal user;
- perform keyword research and retrieve planning metrics;
- save or export internal research results when that feature is enabled;
- protect the application, investigate errors and maintain service reliability;
- comply with applicable legal or security obligations.
4. Google API Services
The application uses Google OAuth and the Google Ads API. Access is limited to the permissions authorized by the Google account owner. The application is designed to use Google user data only to provide the internal functions described in this policy and on the application homepage.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Google user data or keyword-planning data. Information may be processed by hosting, security or infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate and protect the application. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process or to protect rights and security.
6. Storage and retention
OAuth credentials are stored outside the public browser interface and retained only for as long as needed to operate the authorized connection. Research history and technical logs may be retained for internal operational needs and deleted when no longer required.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted access, encrypted transport and server-side storage of credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Revoking access and deletion requests
The Google account owner may revoke the application's access through the Google Account permissions page. Requests concerning deletion or access to stored application data may be sent to roger.martinsfx@gmail.com.
9. Children
The application is a business tool and is not directed to children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the application, legal requirements or data practices change. The revision date shown above will be updated accordingly.
