1. Application purpose
Verified Buy Guide Radar is a private internal application operated by Verified Buy Guide. It supports keyword research and planning for our own Google Ads Search campaigns.
2. Authorized users
Access is limited to the account owner and expressly authorized internal personnel. The application is not offered to clients, consumers or the general public.
3. Permitted use
Authorized users may use the application to:
- generate keyword ideas;
- retrieve historical keyword-planning metrics;
- compare internal advertising opportunities;
- save or export research results for internal planning.
4. Prohibited use
Users must not:
- share credentials or provide unauthorized access;
- resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute Google Ads data obtained through the application;
- use the application to violate Google policies or applicable law;
- attempt to bypass security controls or interfere with the service.
5. Google services
The application relies on Google OAuth and the Google Ads API. Use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms, policies, account permissions, quotas and availability. Verified Buy Guide is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.
6. Data and metric limitations
Keyword ideas, search volumes, competition levels and bid ranges are estimates supplied through third-party services and may be incomplete, delayed or approximate. They do not guarantee campaign performance, traffic, conversions or profitability.
7. Availability and changes
Features may be changed, limited, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, operational or third-party platform reasons.
8. Confidentiality and security
Authorized users are responsible for protecting account credentials and keeping internal research confidential. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported immediately.
9. Disclaimer
The application is provided for internal business use on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every advertising decision.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Verified Buy Guide is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, campaign outcomes or decisions made solely from estimated planning data.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that apply.
